"What a joy to walk out of the train station in Venice on a perfect sunny spring day! Paula knows the innkeepers, and we were treated like family, not guests. She knows the chefs and restaurateurs, and we always received "star" treatment. Paula knows the shopkeepers, local guides, bus drivers, waiters and we were warmly welcomed everywhere.
