Please read this document carefully as it contains important information. In order to complete your reservation, you must acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions specified here.
PRICES
Included in the 12 day land tour price of $5900 per person, double occupancy are all of the following:
- 24 hour on-site services of Time of Your Life Tours owners, Paula Russell and/or Teresa Sparling
- 11 nights double occupancy accommodations in a deluxe hotel in Florence
- Buffet breakfast provided by hotel every day
- 9 dinners with wine or beverage--order what you like from the menu
- 2 lunches (on Tuscan Day and at Cooking Class)
- Evening art and history talks
- Day trips to Pisa and Fiesole
- Hands-on cooking class in a Tuscan villa
- Walking tour in Florence with local guide
- A day in Tuscany mini-bus tour with stops in Siena and San Gimignano and a special lunch and wine-tasting at an agriturismo farm
- Reserved tickets for the Uffizi and Accademia in Florence
- Museum entrance fees for ALL museums and sights in the itinerary
- All tips and gratuities for tour sponsored meals and events
Not included:
- Airfare to and from Italy and transportation from the airport to the hotel in Florence
- Meals NOT listed above
- Shopping, laundry, and other personal needs
- Any optional excursions, sightseeing costs, entrance fees, etc. you incur in your free time on the tour
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A TOUR
1) Click on Sign-Up Form and PRINT (Note: each traveler must fill out the form even if you are traveling together)
2) Fill out completely
3) Send the form by U.S. mail along with a $1000 deposit per traveler (plus Single Supplement Fee, if applicable) to:

4) We will send you confirmation of your reservation and receipt for your deposit by U.S. mail.
Note: Do NOT purchase airline tickets until you have received Final
Confirmation that the tour is full (no later than 90 days before
departure).
ACCOMMODATIONS
We stay in lovely European style deluxe hotels in rooms with two
twin beds and a private bathroom with shower and tub, and a 24 hour
desk. Rooms may be smaller than American style hotels. Rooms may vary
slightly in decor, size, and other amenities and all room assignments
are made by the hotel, in other words, we have no control over who gets
which room. However, you will find all the rooms are delightful.
MONEY MATTERS
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
Early reservations are crucial to guarantee your space on the tour.
ALL tour prices are per person based on double occupancy. (Please see
below for information regarding Single Supplements). A per person
deposit of $1000 is required to confirm your reservation.
We can only accept checks or money orders for deposits.
Deposits are refundable for two weeks after your reservation has been confirmed.
After the two week cancellation period your deposit will not be refunded for any reason and will be forfeited if you cancel your tour reservation.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final Payment is non-refundable and is due in full 90 days prior to departure. Your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited if not received by the due date. We will send you a reminder, but it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your payment on time.
Please note: Your deposit and final payment balance must be paid by personal check, money order, or bank draft. We cannot accept credit card payments.
NSF CHECKS
If a check is returned to us due to non-sufficient funds, Time of Your Life Tours LLC will assess a $40.00 fee per occurrence. This fee will be added to the tour balance to be paid in full no later than 90 days prior to departure or the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS
Single accommodations (a single private room) can be requested by paying a single supplement extra fee of $1590 when making your reservation. Payment for the single supplement is due with the tour deposit and can only be paid for by check or money order.

TIPPING
All tips and gratuities for servers, guides, and staff, related to tour sponsored events are included.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel is always risky and this trip is non-refundable. If you are concerned, you may want to consider purchasing travel insurance. Although we cannot recommend any particular insurer, you can compare policies and costs at InsureMyTrip. If you decide to buy, be sure to read all the fine print and to fully understand the coverage.
HEALTH MATTERS
It is the responsibility of each traveler to be in sufficient health to undertake the trip.
The traveler must be able to stroll unassisted up to three miles in two hours, often over cobblestones or uneven pavement.
The traveler must be able to be on her feet most of the day while visiting museums and sightseeing.
The traveler must be able to carry her own luggage and to lift it on and off a train.
Travellers must be physically, mentally and emotionally able to participate in the tour.
There is no smoking allowed inside any hotel or restaurant in Italy. However, smoking is allowed in outdoor seating areas and anywhere outside and is quite common among the population.
DISCLAIMER
Time of Your Life Tours LLC acts only as agents for the traveler with respect to transportation and hotels and exercises every possible care. However, we can assume no liability for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident, or irregularity in connection with the services of any train, bus, boat or other conveyance used in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. We cannot accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or change or other circumstances, including but not limited to sickness, weather, strikes, war or terrorist acts, quarantine, acts of God, or any other causes beyond our control. All such losses and expenses will have to be borne by the traveler as the tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated.
Because travel is full of surprises including strikes and unexpected restaurant, museum, or other closings, we reserve the right to make alterations to any published itinerary. Any such changes would not be cause for a refund nor would they constitute grounds for fraud. (Of course, in the event of such an unexpected occurrence we will make every effort to find a reasonable substitute.)
Although no change in the price of the tours is expected, Time of Your Life Tours LLC reserves the right to add a surcharge to cover dramatic unexpected currency fluctuations or other sudden price increases.
We also reserve the right to amend typographical errors and misprints in pricing and other tour information.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case the entire payment (including deposit) will be refunded without any further obligation on our part.
We also reserve the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of a tour, or to require that person to withdraw from the tour at their own expense, when such an action is determined by us to be in the best interest of the participant's health and safety and that of the group in general.
No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour.
Time of Your Life Tours LLC does not accept liability for any airline carrier's cancellation penalty or change fee incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket connected with your journey.
