When I think of Italian olive oil, I think Tuscany. But it turns out that 25% of this prime ingredient comes from Calabria.
My fellow Italy blogger, Cherrye of My Bella Vita, met Monica Kripalani who fell in love with the beautiful olive oil made by Davoli. Monica decided to bring it back to the US and opened Monica's Fine Foods, an online store where you can purchase Davoli oil.
